For the upcoming season, we have prepared a menu that caters to even the most discerning clients.
Some meat dishes are prepared using the sous-vide method, where foods are sealed in vacuum bags and cooked at a low and precisely controlled temperature. This is a healthier and tastier way to prepare meat, ensuring it retains its natural flavor, juiciness, and quality.
Our menu also includes options for celiacs, vegetarians, and meat enthusiasts.
Since good food deserves a good drink, we offer a great selection of domestic and international wines. On warm days, a sip of excellent craft beer from Baťak, brewed right on-site at our brewery, is a perfect choice.
