Some of the meat-containing meals are prepared by using the sous-vide method, which means that the ingredients are placed in a plastic pouch and cooked at a low and precise temperature. It is a healthier and more delicious way of preparing meat, essentialy because the meat gets to keep its natural taste, juice and quality. You will find not only gluten-free and vegetarian meals, but also a variety of choices for our meat-loving customers.
